Excellent service provided by PuroClean. Archie and his team were prompt to attend the issue and were professional through out the service. They made sure they drained the water collected in the basement and also helped drying the floors and dry wall using fans and humidifiers. They were very clear and explained the process throughout. Very happy with their service and highly recommend PuroClean for any water damage.

Water started leaking from 2 units above our condo. Needless to say, it was a nightmare when we woke up to our smoke detector going off (due to water getting inside?) luckily alerting us that water was coming through the ceiling. Very nice and understanding folks. Documented everything for insurance. Removed the damaged components had specific drying equipment, segregated the non damaged are and cleaned up the mold that occurred due to the leak. All that's left is to rebuild it back so it looks like the leak never happened.
